If you are an executive, the OrgCon can identify organizational problems and help you determine a course of action to deal with them. For example, your organizational structure may not be a good fit for your chosen strategy; what can you do?
In 70 minutes, you will know more about your organization, some issues, and what you might do about them. To choose what to do, you will want to explore more alternatives and examine the implications in depth.
For your organization, the OrgCon will query you about your strategy and environment, your leadership style, the organizational climate, the work and task design, and your organization’s structure. There are 60 plus questions which will probe these issues in depth and provide a rich database for you. Then, the OrgCon will identify any misfits you may have between (among) these critical aspects of your organization. These misfits are your guide to explore alternatives to consider and finally help you develop actions for change in your organization. Again, if your strategy is not compatible with your organization’s structure and IT system, you need to bring them into alignment for better performance.
The OrgCon offers you an action oriented query, diagnosis and recommendation program which guides you from misfit identification to what you should do for better results. OrgCon is supported by two books published on Springer and Cambridge University Press.
