How to use OrgCon as a consultant
OrgCon can be used as a powerful tool by consultants in organizational change processes. It can easily assess differences in perception of the organizational situation held by different members of management and sort out the implications of these differences.
Differences in perceptions most often create disagreements and conflict. Bringing a number of people from the same company together and using OrgCon provides an easy way to identify differences and find a way to resolve conflicts. Most often conflicts are not only resolved, but each individual has a better understanding of the organizational situation and its implication for their organization.
For each individual, an input profile is created. Such profiles are easy to compare and thus enable the analysis to focus on the important dimensions where differences in individual perceptions are present.
