Introduction to the Medtronic case

The purpose of this case is to illustrate how OrgCon can be used to analyze an organization.

The Medtronic case focuses on publicly available, external input data for OrgCon. A methodology for gathering and interpreting external data is developed in depth. Each question from the OrgCon questionnaire is described in detail with the aim of developing an understanding of how data has been extracted from the Medtronic company profile.
