The detailed recommendations identify areas where targeted changes can improve the organization
Review and evaluate the detailed recommendations and interpret their impact on the particular case. Remember that OrgCon is a decision support system and it requires that the individual to contribute information to the decision making process. OrgCon is not a "black box", where information that is entered is magically transformed into the best organizational design for a given corporation. Moreover, decision makers may choose to accept or reject some of the OrgCon conclusions based on their understanding of the organization's situation.
