A scenario is a set of data for an organization or set of circumstances within an organization.

You need to define at least one scenario.

You can define more than one scenario for an organization if you want to work with several data sets simultaneously. You work with several scenarios when you want to perform analyses on more than one set of circumstances for an organization, e.g. small changes in some of the input categories or for a sensitivity analysis.

1. In defining the unit of analysis, you identify both an organization name and a scenario: Press the Selectbutton from the main window 'Unit of analysis'.

Create a new unit of analysis 

1. Choose New
2. Type a name for the given organization and the scenario
3. Press OK to confirm

Copy a unit of analysis

To create a new scenario based on the same data as an existing scenario and then modify some selected input data.

1. Choose Copy
2. Type a name for the new scenario
3. Press OK to confirm

Edit name of a unit of analysis, organization, scenario 

1. Highlight the scenario you want to edit
2. Type a new name for the scenario
3. Press OK to confirm

Delete a unit of analysis

1. Highlight the scenario you want to delete
2. Press OK to confirm
