OrgCon consists of the following sub-analysis modules:

• Size categorizes the size of the organization based on the number of employees and  employee skill level. The resulting organization is characterized as either small, medium, or large.
• Climate refers to the perception of the behavior and the attitudes of individuals in the organization.
• Management analyzes the organization's leadership style.
• Strategy categorizes the organization's strategies. It uses input from many of the input categories.

Put together, the 4 sub-analyses comprise the organizational report (advanced analysis, step II).
