How to run the sub-analysis (advanced analysis, step I)
OrgCon comprises four sub-analysis modules: size, climate, management, and strategy. Each sub-analysis retrieves its data from several primary data categories.
Running each sub-analysis individually allows you to review and modify each sub-conclusion.
The results of these sub-conclusions will be used as inputs for the overall organizational analysis later (advanced analysis, step II).
- Choose Analyze from the main menu
- Specify the scenario you would like to analyze. It is possible to analyze several scenarios at once
- Select which sub-analysis to conduct
