The organizational analysis module uses the results from the four sub-analyses as input (advanced analysis, step I). Therefore you should always run the analysis of size, climate, management, and strategy before you run the organizational analysis.

1. Choose Analyze from the main menu
2. Specify the scenario you would like to analyze. It is possible to analyze several scenarios at once
3. From the Major analysis, select the Organization analysis

Organization analyzes the current organization and estimates the organizational structure that best fits the situation
