Working with the OrgCon results

On reviewing the results:

1. Carefully review recommendations and explanations and make sure you agree with the results
2. Note the certainty factor to see how confident you can be of the OrgCon results
3. In the report window, the Output > Graph function provides you with a graphical illustration of the results
4. Review the strategic misfits
5. If there are misfits, consid er if they can, or, should be removed
6. Do not forget to save your output report

Note your observations as possible candidates for a sensitivity analysis .
