EcoMerc certifies organizational diagnosis and design consultants, based on the OrgCon diagnostic and design methodology and EcoMerc’s change procedure. To be a certified OrgCon consultant you will be trained in the use of OrgCon for executive team processes. This includes training to be an OrgCon super user and a specific training program on the use of OrgCon diagnostic and design methodology and EcoMerc’s change procedure.
